Description

The Quill Gordon Variant Dry Fly is a reinterpretation of a great American classic, dedicated to the first dun mayfly hatches. Hand-tied in Italy, it is offered in sets of 3 flies.

The quill-effect body accurately reproduces the abdominal segmentation of the mayfly, while the heavily hackled variant improves floatation and visibility. It is an effective dry fly, proven on wary trout in rivers and streams. Available in hook sizes from #12 to #16.
