Description
The Olive & Green Curved Nymph is a subsurface nymph hand-tied in Italy on a curved hook, in olive and green shades. The set of 3 flies imitates caddis larvae and mayfly nymphs that live on the bottom, regular prey for trout and grayling.
The curved hook shape reproduces the arched profile of the larva, while the olive and green dressing recalls the natural colours of aquatic insects. Fished on the drift below the surface, it is effective on rivers and streams, either on its own or paired with a dry fly in the dry-dropper technique. Available in several hook sizes.
