Description

Named after master Amano, a historic figure of tenkara: dark body with gold rib and brown hen hackle — minimal and highly effective.

The Sakasa Kebari is the iconic tenkara fly: the forward-facing hackle opens and closes with every pull of the line, giving the fly a pulsing action that trout find hard to ignore. Fish it on the surface, just below it or in mid-water with short, rhythmic pulses.
